It is time to think about ordering those Christmas Hams again.  The Havoc order is again open, closing at the end of October.

All prices are approx – and have been altered up rather than down to the whole dollar – and are PER KILO. 

Uncooked: whole bone in $18, half bone in $20

Cooked:     whole bone in $23, half bone in $25 – whole are 6-10kg, halves are less than 5kg

“Boiled”:   whole bone out $28, half bone out $29 – whole are 4kg + and halves are 2kg +

Pressed:    whole bone out $29, half bone out $30 – whole are 4kg or less and halved are 2kg or less.  Premium style ham. 

Uncooked are where the leg has been hammed but not cooked – you have to cook it – not ready to eat on arrival. Cooked wholes are the whole leg and halves, the leg cut into half – you get the choice of the shank end or the thick end - bone in, hammed and cooked, ready to eat. Boiled are cooked whole and halves with the bone removed, hammed and cooked, ready to eat. Pressed are boned out and cooked in a press to constrict the bone hole, ready to eat.  This is what is in the vac packs of sliced ham you buy at the shop but it will come in one piece.  You must come to shop to sign ham order and pay a deposit on signing of Whole hams $60 and Half hams $30.
